  1. 01Confirm

    Tell us what you need

Share a drawing, sample, or idea, plus the size, material, quantity, use, and quality requirements.

  2. 02Sample

    Develop and approve samples

We complete the design, choose the molding method, build the mold, and send molded samples for your approval.

  3. 03Produce

    Produce and inspect each batch

After approval, we manufacture, inspect, trace, and pack each batch to the agreed requirements.

Real process footage

Match the geometry to the molding route.

Process selection changes tooling, resin options, part geometry, and scale. Watch the three production methods available for custom programs.

Injection blow molding

For compact containers that need a controlled neck finish and a consistent molded body.

  • PP
  • LDPE
  • HDPE

Injection stretch blow molding

For clear, rigid containers where appearance, strength, and dimensional consistency matter.

  • PET
  • PC

Injection molding

For closures, caps, tubes, accessories, and engineered parts with defined features.

  • PE
  • PS
  • PP
  • HDPE

Verification

Define how the part will be accepted.

A useful validation plan connects each product risk to a measurable check. The final mix depends on the container, closure, material, and intended use.

Drawing + sample + test method

Together, these create a practical approval baseline for the production team.

01

Dimensional inspection

Check critical diameters, heights, and mating features against the approved drawing.

02

Dispense verification

Assess delivered volume or drop behavior when controlled dispensing is part of the application.

Thickness gauge measuring the wall of a clear plastic bottle
03

Wall-thickness measurement

Measure molded wall sections to identify variation that can affect feel, strength, and performance.

04

Leak and closure testing

Evaluate the container-and-closure system under the agreed test method before release.

Before you inquire

Common project questions.

01Can IDEAL start from a physical sample or a rough concept?

Yes. A reference sample, sketch, dimensional brief, or existing CAD file can be the starting point. More complete input simply makes the first engineering review faster and more precise.

02How is the molding process selected?

The decision depends on geometry, neck finish, material, clarity, performance, and expected production volume. These factors are reviewed together rather than choosing a process in isolation.

03What is approved before production tooling moves forward?

The product geometry, critical interfaces, material direction, tooling scope, and sample acceptance path should be aligned before the program advances.

04What should be included in a first inquiry?

Share the product use, target capacity, reference files or samples, preferred material if known, estimated annual volume, and the decisions you need help making.
